I'm Mahroof Sheikh. I photograph and film property for developers, brokerages and hospitality groups — Emaar, Nakheel, DAMAC, Seven Tides, Vincitore and Indigo among them. The work is deliberately unfussy: real light, honest colour, and rooms that look like the room you walk into. If a unit has been sitting on the market longer than it should, that is usually a framing problem before it is a pricing one.
